Join Darcy for an all levels vinyasa-style class, specially created to combine meditation, movement & essential oils. Expect a thoughtful theme to take you beyond the mat, a creative flow sequence to pair with breath and music, followed by an extended oil-infused savasana that will deepen your senses and state of presence.
